Hi, I'm Laura, a certified teacher, mama and more ;) . I had my own inner turbulence brewing as I tried to manage all my roles and needed tools to find a zen way of being so that I could preserve not only my own heath, but also be my best for my son and the littles in my care.
It was in Nature that I found solace and was able to restore my inner balance. Training as a Yoga Teacher also helped me find the deeper connection I was seeking.
